For more than 30 years, the Housing Fund has been committed to enabling low-, moderate- and middle-income families to fulfil their basic right of access to decent housing. The Fund uses several levers to achieve this: mortgage credit, the construction and sale of housing, housing rentals, the ECORENO credit and assistance in putting together rental guarantees.
